Users can conveniently book meeting rooms online by simply clicking “Add Meeting” to submit a reservation request. By providing details such as the requester’s name, department, and meeting title, the booking process becomes streamlined and efficient, significantly reducing manual administrative tasks.
Administrators have access to review and approve submitted meeting requests through the system. Approved meetings transition into the “Meeting Execution” phase, ensuring accurate scheduling and smooth conduct of all meetings.
The system supports QR code check-in functionality and allows attendance tracking of participants. Additionally, it offers multiple check-in methods, including facial recognition, mobile check-in, and punch card options, guaranteeing precise and reliable attendance records for all meeting attendees.
